Senior Java Developer

Join our client’s team building current and future data and analytical solutions in the finance area

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain software solutions using Java 17+ and Spring frameworks

• Collaborate on application design and break down features into manageable components

• Utilize SQL for data-related tasks

• Manage source code and version control using GIT

• Participate in daily communication and teamwork conducted in English

• Apply problem-solving skills and analytical thinking throughout the development process

Requirements:

• Proven technical expertise in Java 17+ and Spring

• Basic knowledge of SQL

• Experience working with GIT

• Strong problem-solving mindset

• Good analytical abilities sufficient to design application architecture and decompose features

• Fluent English for daily communication

Nice to have:

• Experience with Snowflake, Kotlin, Kafka, Grafana, Docker, and Kubernetes

• Interest or knowledge in Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and clean code principles

• Familiarity with event sourcing and domain-driven design practices

• Experience working in Agile environments

• Background in microservices architecture and API data consumption

• Understanding of concurrency techniques such as multithreading, Coroutines, and Virtual Threads

• Skills in creating highly available, high-throughput applications, including batch and stream processing

• Work model: hybrid (4 days remote per week)

• Salary: 120 - 150 PLN net/h
