Senior Delivery Manager
Join a growing international digital consultancy as a Senior Delivery Manager, working with modern cloud projects and high‑scale, microservices‑based systems. In this role you will be part of an agile delivery team, supporting a key client through the full software development lifecycle and helping them unlock real business value from their cloud investments. Key responsibilities
Work across the full SDLC on large, complex, cloud‑based projects with high‑volume, high‑availability microservices.
Use Azure DevOps and Atlassian tools to plan, track and manage agile delivery.
Create clear project plans focused on the critical path, deliverables, dependencies, and realistic sequencing of activities.
Plan releases and the transition of working software into production, taking into account managed services and client‑side support processes.
Provide direction and support to your delivery team(s), resolving issues and being accountable for outcomes.
Identify and manage stakeholder expectations based on their level of influence and interest in project outcomes.
Set up and run effective risk management: identify, assess, plan responses and monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage multiple small and medium project budgets (Time & Materials and Fixed Price), understanding the commercial and contractual impact of changes.
Actively look for and test new tools, platforms and AI‑driven approaches that improve delivery efficiency, team collaboration and client outcomes.
Ideal candidate profile
Strong experience in delivery or project management for software projects, ideally within agile, cloud‑focused environments.
Very good knowledge of Azure DevOps and Atlassian tools for managing agile delivery.
Fluent English (C1) – all stages of recruitment and daily work are carried out in English with UK‑based colleagues.
Confident using spreadsheets and project management software for planning, tracking and reporting.
Hands‑on experience delivering projects using agile methods and supporting lean engineering practices that reduce waste and increase value.
Proven ability to manage multiple project budgets, including both T&M and Fixed Price, and to model different commercial scenarios.
Strong communication skills: able to present, explain, and discuss topics in detail with both technical and business stakeholders.
Personality that is open, talkative and confident in conversation, with a natural drive to share knowledge.

Salary: 250-290 PLN net/h
Work model: 100% remote from any place in Poland
Availability: ASAP
Contract duration: till 02.2027 with possible extension
