Salesforce Engineer

Join a LegalTech company that builds AI-driven platforms for regulated industries, helping clients manage, monitor, and report on business-critical data. As a Salesforce Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing scalable integrations, data models, and reporting solutions that bring clarity and insights to end users.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Apex classes, triggers, and Flows to parse and map structured JSON data into Salesforce objects

• Develop scalable data pipelines and error handling logic for evolving data schemas

• Architect and maintain Salesforce data models that enable clear, actionable reporting and analytics

• Build and optimize custom objects, fields, relationships, and dashboards for end-user reporting needs

• Collaborate with product and customer-facing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Document data flows, mapping rules, and schema transformations, ensuring performance and reliability

Ideal candidate profile

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, SOQL, Flows, Lightning Components)

• Strong background in Salesforce data architecture and reporting (Lightning Reports, Dashboards)

• Proficiency in building and maintaining custom objects, fields, and relationships

• Expertise in parsing and transforming JSON data into Salesforce

• Familiarity with bulk data processing, error handling, and validation in Salesforce

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders

• Fluent in technical English (reading/writing)

• Nice to have: experience with CI/CD in Salesforce (GitHub Actions, Salesforce DX), automation of reporting and dashboards, exposure to regulated industries (legal, finance, healthcare, GDPR compliance)
