Altimi is a technology acceleration partner with impressive experience spanning over 20 years, specializing in the successful delivery of software development projects for international customers. We are based in Poland. Our main area of operation is the DACH region and Scandinavia, where we are known for providing top-notch software development services. 

Our primary focus are managed services for companies seeking to accelerate growth, solve complex tech problems, build MVP/POC and/or modify legacy infrastructures.  

The main area of competence include Product & Application Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Security & Managed Services and AI & Data Enablement. 


We are looking for an independent and results-oriented senior individual to join our team as a Sales & Growth Manager EU to help develop business relationships and acquire new customers mainly in the DACH region, but also in the rest of EU.  

If you have experience in sales and business development, excel at building relationships, and successfully acquiring clients, join us!  


Your responsibilities


  • Drive and execute sales and business development strategies across the DACH region and broader EU markets. 
  • Identify, engage, and acquire new customers and strategic partners. 
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles: from discovery and qualification to proposal creation, negotiations, and deal closure. 
  • Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. 
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and growth objectives. 
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities and shape go-to-market tactics. 


Our requirements


  • Good understanding of technology and market trends in the IT sector, along with the ability to translate them into specific business needs. 
  • Proven track record of 5-15 years in sales and business development, preferably in tech-driven environments. 
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. 
  • Experience working with target account lists and CRM systems. 
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and business empathy skills.
