Key responsibilities
Support end users of Salesforce Service and Field Service
Resolve issues reported via ticketing systems (Jira)
Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand and address needs
Maintain documentation and ensure knowledge sharing
Participate in occasional on-site visits (Krakow or Switzerland)
Ideal candidate profile
3-4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service and Field Service modules
Solid understanding of ticketing systems like Jira
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Based in Poland and available for occasional travel
Able to start soon
Conditions
Location: Poland
Work Model: Mainly remote, with occasional trips (every 3-6 months)
Employment Type: B2B contract via KUBO
Contract duration: Until end of 2025 (likely extension through 2026)
