RPA Analyst
For our client – a global technology company providing automation and digital transformation solutions – we are looking for a Process Automation and Excellence Analyst.
You’ll join an international team supporting business areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Sales, and Manufacturing, helping to identify opportunities for process improvement, design automation solutions, and contribute to global projects that make a real impact on the organization’s operations.
Key responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for automation initiatives
Lead requirements gathering and manage opportunity pipelines
Collaborate with BOT Developers during solution design to ensure requirements alignment
Identify automation opportunities and build business cases for digital transformation programs
Assess RPA and other technology fit for specific processes
Lead Agile/Scrum planning and execution for assigned automation projects
Measure potential automation impact based on validated metrics (e.g., hours saved)
Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders
Evaluate, map, and model existing processes
Lead and support global automation projects
Ideal candidate profile
2+ years of experience in process analysis
English at min. B2 level (written and spoken)
Yellow Belt Certification or equivalent
Experience in defining solution architecture and supporting budget analysis
Hands-on experience designing and documenting automation workflows (preferably using RPA tools)
Strong knowledge of Visio and other Microsoft tools; familiarity with project management tools
Experience in testing, validating, and deploying RPA solutions
Ability to work with both business and technical teams
Strong skills in process assessment and identifying automation opportunities
Ability to work independently and meet project timelines
Strong requirements-gathering skills and ability to translate them into technical specifications
Solid communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Nice to have: university degree, experience with UML or Blue Prism, Green Belt Certification, experience in an international environment
