PMO Consultant

As a PMO Consultant, you will support the workstream and overall programme by co-ordinating with the BCCM PMO to deliver accurate reporting and communication materials. You will ensure alignment with overall project reporting requirements and take ownership of the resourcing process and resource requests within the workstream. You will work collaboratively with the project team to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Co-ordinate with BCCM PMO to deliver accurate reporting and communication materials

• Ensure alignment with overall project reporting requirements

• Take ownership of the resourcing process and manage resource requests within the workstream

• Work closely with project team members to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables

• Produce high-quality materials for Sponsor, SteerCo and other governance meetings

• Ensure materials are visually appealing, easy to understand and aligned with project objectives

• Support workstream leads with ad hoc tasks that contribute to workstream success

• Create Power BI reports for tracking Bulk Solution Standard Application production rollout

• Use data from Hopex and Helix for reporting purposes

• Provide essential support to WS4 leadership

Ideal candidate profile

• Strong PMO skills, including project reporting, co-ordination and governance

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise materials for various stakeholders

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure accurate and timely reporting

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Experience in onboarding project teams and enabling security measures for effective project execution

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues

• Experience with Power BI reporting

• Knowledge of project governance and compliance frameworks

• Fluent English, both spoken and written

• Experience working in large, complex programmes or transformation initiatives (nice to have)

• B2B contract with an hourly rate of 100–120 PLN net
