IT Project Manager

Join an international company in the life science and medical technology space, working on digital products that are already live and bringing real value to customers and patients. As an IT Project Manager, you will lead projects, driving changes and enhancements to existing solutions and closely cooperating with business, tech, and quality teams in a hybrid work model (at least 2 days per week in the office).

Key responsibilities

• Manage IT projects through the full lifecycle: initiation, requirements, design, development, integration, testing, documentation, and closure.

• Take end-to-end ownership for project delivery, ensuring the solution meets business and user needs.

• Define project scope, budget, and timeline, and keep project plans and financials up to date.

• Run projects according to internal standards for Life Science / Molecular Diagnostics products.

• Proactively suggest tools, processes, and solutions that improve delivery.

• Build and maintain strong relationships and communication with stakeholders.

• Lead and coordinate people involved in the project to ensure successful delivery.

• Prepare clear project status reports and share knowledge with others in the organization.

• Drive continuous improvement within and across projects.

Ideal candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methods, tools, and current practices.

• Proven experience in leading IT project delivery.

• Experience managing customer expectations and senior stakeholders, and building strong cross‑business relationships.

• Strong leadership skills, able to motivate and inspire confidence.

• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex topics to different audiences.

• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.

• Fluent English.

• Experience or strong interest in the biomedical / life science domain.

• Experience in maintenance / enhancement projects is highly valued.

• Knowledge or experience in adapting projects to Cybersecurity requirements is an asset.

Conditions

• Location: hybrid in Wrocław (2 days from the office), Poland

• Contract type: B2B

• Salary: up to 160 PLN/h
