Key responsibilities:

• Build and run flexible project management processes across all internal IT projects

• Deliver complex, high-visibility initiatives from planning to launch

• Optimize resources and budgets while managing risks and timelines

• Engage with stakeholders at every level, ensuring clarity, buy-in, and results

• Drive process improvements, knowledge sharing, and effective project documentation

• Support business analysis and change management - your skills will shape projects and empower organization-wide adoption

Ideal candidate profile:

• 5+ years’ experience managing IT/technology projects and change especially internally for company

• Strong process-building, stakeholder, and communication skills

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment

• Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a strong plus

• Excellent English - B2/C1 is a must

Conditions:

• Work model: hybrid in Warsaw (3 days per week in the office) - district: Śródmieście, location with good access to public transportation

• Salary: Based on your experience, competences and expectations
