Business Analyst

For our client, a Polish technology company operating globally and providing software development services, we are looking for a Business Analyst (Banking) to join a banking-sector team responsible for the development and maintenance of the KYC (Know Your Customer) area.

You will become part of a Scrum-based team, working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and developers on a daily basis. In this role, you will participate in projects focused on the development and enhancement of banking systems, helping to define business needs and deliver effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business needs of system users and propose effective solutions

• Define and document functional and non-functional requirements

• Create business analysis and project documentation

• Review and validate key project documents

• Collaborate with product teams and business stakeholders

• Support ongoing project activities

• Participate in projects involving the implementation of new functionalities within banking systems

Ideal candidate profile

• Higher education in a technical, economics, finance, or banking-related field

• Experience (approximately 3–4 years) working on projects within the banking sector, including knowledge of banking products and processes

• Experience in business analysis related to the implementation of new system functionalities

• Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• English proficiency at a minimum C1 level, both written and spoken

Conditions

• Employment type: B2B contract

• Salary: 60–95 PLN net/h

• Work model: Hybrid- 1 day per week from the client's office in Wrocław

• Availability: ASAP

• Contract duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension
