Areas of responsibility:
Regulatory and functional requirements analysis - Identifying business needs, defining and specifying functional and non-functional requirements within Mandatory and Efficiency projects in the retail banking segment.
Analytical documentation and process modelling - Creating analytical and design documentation using internal templates, modelling processes in BPMN 2.0 and UML, verifying key project documents for consistency and completeness.
Cross-team collaboration and business facilitation - Independently organising and leading meetings with business stakeholders, working closely with solution architects, system analysts and external vendors to deliver end-to-end process flows.
What you need to join us:
Must have:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (not a System Analyst) in a bank, with active participation in system implementation projects.
Cross-functional knowledge of banking products (retail segment); experience in backoffice and regulatory projects is a strong advantage.
Solid knowledge of BPMN 2.0 (UML) process modelling techniques and tools: JIRA, Confluence, Enterprise Architect (advanced modelling level required).
Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking - ability to see end-to-end flows, not just individual requirements; proactive attitude, communication skills and ability to take initiative (passive candidates are not a fit).
Willingness to visit office in Wrocław (1x per week in the office, 2x per month after implementation period).
English proficiency (written and spoken); higher education in technology, economics or finance.
Ability to perform work in Poland (citizenship, residence permit, visa, etc.).
Nice to have:
Willingness to work in a backoffice / regulatory environment (candidates focused on mobile or e-banking projects may find the scope less appealing).
