BI Analyst

We are looking for a BI Analyst for our client – a leader in industrial automation and IT solutions.

This is a 6-month project focused on developing analytical solutions that support data-driven business decision-making. The role covers the full end-to-end process – from business requirements analysis and data modeling, through architecture design, to creating reports and dashboards in Power BI.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions

• Design and implement data models supporting reporting and analytical processes

• Develop interactive Power BI reports and dashboards with focus on performance, quality, and usability

• Collaborate with business and technical teams on data architecture design

• Identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities based on data analysis

• Ensure data integrity and consistency across BI environments

Ideal candidate profile

• Proven experience with Power BI 

• Knowledge of data modeling and basic ETL concepts

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to solve complex business problems

• Understanding of data architecture principles and best practices in analytics

• Good command of SQL; experience with Azure is a plus

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work

Conditions

• Project duration: 6 months

• Contract type: B2B

• Rate: 130–150 PLN net/h (negotiable)

• Work model: 100% remote
