AI Solutions Engineer (NLP Focus)

We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer (NLP Focus) to join an innovative and data-driven environment, where your expertise in machine learning and natural language processing will directly support real-world business decisions. You will work on developing and deploying intelligent solutions such as recommendation systems, predictive models, and analytics tools—shaping the way the company approaches data, customer experience, and strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI models in the areas of machine learning, deep learning, and NLP, including large language models (LLMs).
• Analyze business-related datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
• Build intelligent tools (e.g., recommendation engines, predictive systems) that support operational workflows and improve user experience.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by designing efficient data analysis pipelines.
• Keep up with the latest advancements in AI and identify practical applications for emerging technologies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders to translate technical outcomes into business value.
• Own the full AI development cycle: from data gathering and model design to deployment and evaluation.
• Document work clearly and communicate insights effectively in English.

Ideal candidate profile

• Master’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, with strong skills in deep learning and NLP (including fine-tuning large language models).
• Proficiency in Python and core libraries: Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch
• Experience with AWS, especially tools like S3, CloudWatch, X-Ray, and Auto Scaling services.
• Solid grasp of Linux environments, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience handling both structured and unstructured data.
• Excellent data intuition – ability to quickly spot trends, outliers, and opportunities in datasets.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices in ML model deployment (e.g., AWS CodePipeline/CodeBuild or equivalent).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience or background in finance, especially trading stocks or derivatives (nice to have)
• Contributions to open-source projects or publications in AI/ML/NLP fields (will be a plus)

• This is a remote position; candidates based in Wrocław are preferred.
• Salary: negotiable based on individual qualifications (payable in PLN or USD)
