We are working from our office in Warsaw, which provides the core environment for our work. You have the flexibility to work remotely twice a week. 🌍

We're looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team to implement tooling and design data pipelines that seamlessly collect, process, and analyze data from our payment systems. Your insights will help optimize conversion rates across entire customer funnels, detect anomalies, and identify areas for improvement. You'll also help shape how data is accessed and used by the team, making it easier for stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.

Your responsibilities include

• Pipeline Design: Build and maintain robust data pipelines to gather and process transaction data from payment systems.
• Insights Generation: Analyze data to optimize conversion funnels, track anomalies on micro and macro scale, and recommend actions to enhance performance.
• AB Testing & Benchmarking: Conduct experiments and performance benchmarking to drive evidence-based changes.
• Analytical Tool Development: Create and improve tools to make data easily accessible for stakeholders.
• Financial Analysis: Dive into transactional data for financial insights.

We're Looking for Someone With:

• Experience: Proven experience in data analysis, ideally in payments, open banking, or related industries.
• Technical Skills:
• Experience with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) to extract and manage data.
• Knowledge of database structures and optimization.
• Proficiency in data analysis & visualization tools like Metabase, Looker, PowerBI or similar BI tools.
• Ability to design and manage data pipelines for smooth data flow.
• Experience in building analytical toolsets.
• Experience with Python.
