Product Manager

Kryptonim  is revolutionizing the crypto industry as a fiat onramp provider. We’re a platform where users can easily exchange fiat currency for cryptocurrency. Merging key aspects of the crypto and fiat world, such as Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols, risk management, diverse payment methods, and substantial crypto liquidity.Kryptonim ensures a user-friendly and secure payment experience. This approach aligns with our mission to make the world of digital assets accessible and secure, simplifying crypto purchases and fostering a transparent cryptocurrency culture.

We’re looking for a Product Manager who gets the product and keeps the work flowing. You’ll define the product vision and roadmap, manage the technical team, and ensure product quality aligned with business goals. You’ll gather requirements, track performance, and optimize based on data. You’ll keep everything clear and on track — from planning to delivery — while mentoring the team and driving best practices.

We offer a B2B contract with a competitive salary range of 20 000 - 26 000 net PLN (+ additional vacations & sick days), depending on your experience.We are working from our office in Warsaw, which provides the core environment for our work. You have the flexibility to work remotely twice a week.🌍

Your responsibilities include

• Defining product vision and roadmap

• Managing the technical team and coordinating delivery

• Ensuring product quality and alignment with business goals

• Tracking performance and optimizing based on data

• Mentoring and participating in team development

• Bringing clarity and structure to the entire delivery process — from idea to release

We're Looking for Someone With:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in crypto or fintech environments

• Experience with crypto, payments, or regulated industries 

• Proven track record of taking products from ideation to launch and scaling them successfully

• Experience managing tech teams 

• Ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills — both with business and technical teams

• High level of ownership and proactive attitude  

• Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments

• English proficiency at minimum C1 level

Nice to Have👌

• Technical background

• Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment

• Familiarity with compliance (KYC, AML), financial services, or blockchain

• Familiarity with any programming language and SQL
