Process Release Coordinator (m/f/d)
We support planning and execution by aligning stakeholders, coordinating dependencies, and enabling timely decisions in a complex delivery environment.
As a Process Release Coordinator, you will be responsible for end-to-end release planning, coordination, and oversight — from preparation and testing through to safe deployment. You will work closely with development, testing, operations, and security teams, as well as business stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with change management processes (ITIL).

Your responsibilities:
Release planning and coordination
Create and maintain release schedules.
Coordinate the preparation, testing, and deployment of changes.
Ensure compliance of releases with ITIL processes and change procedures.
Collaborate with development, operations, testing, security, and business teams.
Risk management
Identify release collisions and risks at an early stage and propose preventive actions.
Reporting
Provide clear and regular release status updates to stakeholders.
Documentation
Prepare key release documentation, including:
release checklists
deployment plans
post-deployment reports
Process improvement
Improve the release process based on execution analysis.
Requirements (must have)
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in release coordination, change management, or delivery management.
Practical knowledge of the software development and testing lifecycle (release planning, deployment windows, freezes, rollbacks).
Ability to work with multiple change streams and dependencies (projects, maintenance, security fixes).
Experience working with cross-functional teams (IT, QA, Security, Business) and facilitating status meetings or change committees.
Strong communication skills, ability to escalate risks, fact- and data-oriented mindset.
Working knowledge of tools supporting work and change management (e.g. Jira, Xray, Confluence, ITSM / Service Management tools).
Polish – fluent; English – B2 level, enabling effective communication and work with documentation.
Nice to have
Certifications: ITIL (Foundation+), Agile (Scrum / Kanban), or DevOps Fundamentals.
Familiarity with CI/CD and release versioning (pipelines, release tagging, deployment windows).
Experience in environments with increased audit or regulatory requirements.
Ability to analyze release quality and stability metrics (Lead Time, Change Fail Rate, MTTR, “go/no-go” readiness).
