Your tasks

• Vision & Roadmap: Defining and communicating the product vision, creating release plans and product roadmaps.

• Backlog management: Prioritization of the product backlog based on the requirements of all stakeholders.

• Requirements management: Recording requirements from the relevant business departments.

• Stakeholder management: Communication and close coordination with business departments, process owners, and IT teams.                   

• Agile collaboration: Participation in Scrum events (daily, planning, review, retro).

• Quality Assurance: Organize user acceptance tests and integrate feedback.

• Planning and tracking the budget of your development team. 

Your profile

• At least five years of experience as a product owner in a scaled agile environment.

• Extensive experience in stakeholder management and task prioritization, as well as backlog maintenance.

• Experience in building agile product teams.

• Experience in leading highly qualified, cross-functional teams.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Knowledge of SAP environment is an advantage.
