Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full-scale migration of IT ecosystem across four KRUK Group countries

  • Drive harmonization of systems and processes, while preserving local business needs

  • Collaborate closely with external migration providers and in-market teams

  • Ensuring seamless service continuity and minimizing operational disruption during migration

  • Coordinate end-to-end migration activities within your assigned country (PL, IT, ES, or RO)

  • Act as the liaison between local stakeholders, central program teams, and external suppliers

  • Monitor migration progress against timeline, budget, and quality KPIs

  • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies throughout the migration lifecycle

  • Support data migration, system testing, go-live, and post-go-live activities

  • Ensure alignment with the transformation program governance and compliance with delivery standards

  • Report progress and issues to the central transformation office


Our Expectations:

  • Proven experience in IT system migration, ERP/CRM deployments, or complex IT transformation projects

  • Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working with or overseeing external IT vendors

  • Familiarity with data migration, system integration, and go-live support

  • Fluency in English and at least one of the following: Polish, Italian, Spanish, or Romanian

  • Willingness to travel across Europe occasionally
