Currently, we’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join one of our key international projects and help users keep their systems running smoothly.
🎯 Your role
Handle L1 and L2 tickets — user issues, errors, and first-line troubleshooting.
Analyze and resolve tickets related to the client’s system using documentation and client guidance.
Participate in client-led training sessions to gain a comprehensive understanding of the service system/product from both user and administrative perspectives.
Communicate with users and the client — gather information, confirm issues, and provide feedback.
Document resolutions and escalate tickets to L2 or development teams when deeper technical intervention is required.
🧠 What we’re looking for
Solid English skills — both written and spoken (daily communication with the client).
Good general technical understanding — IT systems, issue diagnosis, logical thinking.
Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing tools is a plus.
Eagerness to learn the client’s system — you don’t need to be a developer.
Patience, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.
