We’re looking for an experienced Senior System & Business Analyst to join our transformation team and potentially lead a group of 6–8 analysts. You’ll combine hands-on analytical work with team leadership – shaping analysis standards, mentoring others, and driving the quality of documentation and solution design across key initiatives.

🛠️ What You'll Do:

• Lead system and business analysis for transformation projects.

• Translate business needs into clear, testable system requirements (Epics, Stories, Tasks).

• Prepare process models (BPMN), data and integration specifications (API, EIP, Event-driven).

• Support Product Owners in shaping the backlog and estimating analysis efforts.

• Assess the impact of changes on IT systems and business processes.

• Verify implementation and ensure solutions meet defined requirements.

• Work within Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) using JIRA and Confluence.

✅ Must-Have Skills:

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a System & Business Analyst.

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership, coordination, or Tech Lead role.

• Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of requirements, processes, and system architecture.

• Excellent command of BPMN, UML, and SQL (joins, aggregations, subqueries).

• Experience with integrations (REST, EIP, event-driven architecture).

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

• Proactive mindset, ownership, and ability to manage priorities under time pressure.

• Experience in Agile and Waterfall environments.

⭐ Strongly Preferred / Big Plus:

• Previous experience mentoring or managing analysts.

• Experience with enterprise transformation or modernization programs.

• Knowledge of tools and techniques supporting analytical documentation and automation.
