At KraftCode, we value flexibility, independence, and delivering top-tier software. We're looking for a Senior Fullstack .NET Engineer to join one of our key projects, developing scalable, modern applications in a highly autonomous and technically solid environment.

🛠️ What You'll Do:

• Work primarily on the backend (approx. 80%) using .NET / C# and Azure services, while contributing to frontend (approx. 20%) using React.

• Take part in architecture design, feature implementation, and performance optimization.

• Act as a technical leader or mentor, supporting less experienced developers and driving best engineering practices.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, maintainable, and scalable software.

• Contribute ideas to improve product quality continuously, CI/CD processes, and team efficiency.

✅ Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering (fullstack or backend-heavy).

• Excellent knowledge of C#, .NET Core, and Azure services.

• Solid experience with React (TypeScript or JavaScript).

• Strong command of SQL and relational databases.

• Proven ability to design clean architectures and deliver production-grade code.

⭐ Strongly Preferred / Big Plus:

• Experience with ReBAC / RBAC / ABAC models or familiarity with Zanzibar and OPA (Open Policy Agent) – this is a key area for the project.

• Experience with NoSQL databases.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.

• Exposure to cloud-native application development.

• Demonstrated mentoring or leadership experience within engineering teams.
