We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Administrator / Office IT Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for a student or recent graduate with a keen interest in IT and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office IT tasks, including setting up laptops for onboarding and offboarding, and supporting day-to-day IT operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Set up and configure laptops for new employees during onboarding and ensure proper handover during offboarding.
• Manage and maintain user accounts in Microsoft 365 and other internal systems.
• Provide basic IT support to office staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues as needed.
• Ensure smooth operation of office IT infrastructure, including internet, printers, and other equipment.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements for IT operations.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and accounts.
• Assist inside teams with adhoc Linux tasks

Qualifications and skills:

• You need to be a fast learner and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and IT systems.
• You will work with Microsoft Intune
• Basic understanding of Networking and Network devices. ie Routers, Switches
• Good understanding of Linux
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in the IT field.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology or a related field.
