As Senior Frontend Developer you will be a member of an Agile Team, which is a part of Edlund A/S organization - a leading Scandinavian provider of flexible and time-saving IT solutions for the life and pension industry. We have more than 25 years of experience and are market leaders in the Danish market. Edlund A/S has a revenue of approximately 250 MDKK and 225-250 employees.
We are looking for two experienced frontend developers to join, our full-cycle web application team.
We develop end-user and customer-facing web applications and build Edlund’s Multi container application Framework.
We build the application using micro frontends with the support of a module federation based on Webpack 5.
Other technologies that we build on are React, GraphQL, Redux / Recoil, Apollo, Bootstrap 5.
We are serviced by and integrate, various .Net/C# based backend applications.
After morning coffee, you will be:
- Developing and maintaining our frontend framework and put it to use in our customer service portal.
- Improve our frontend architecture in close collaboration with our frontend architect.
- Doing code reviews
- Building and maintaining test environments, build servers, and automatic testing
- Working in Kanban or SCRUM
- Using distributed version control system, Jira, etc
We want you in our team if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience as a Frontend developer
- Are SOLID by nature: You write clean code, by good principles, not because they are good principles, but because you know by experience that this makes your life better, in the long run.
- Building web application with Webpack
- Knows JavaScript, CSS, and HTML as your own backyard.
- .Net, C#, TypeScript, SCSS
- Understands the full stack
- Can balance deadlines and quality, keeping track of technical debt.
- Experience with GIT, Azure, Azure DevOps, Docker, Containerization, and Kubernetes is an advantage.
- Participates in driving the team forward
- Have strong opinions, loosely held
- Gives constructive feedback to your peers
- Likes to grow and evolve your teammates
- Are fluent in spoken and written English (interviews are conducted in English)
