As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for deliveries to one or more customers in KMD Technology Services & Projects (TSP).
In cooperation with colleagues and customers, you must ensure stable operation and effective communication on all levels.
You will be a part of a matrix organization with a dynamic and involved delivery team, where you will have daily sparring regarding deliveries to customers.
After morning coffee, you will be:
- Coordinating Incidents, Problems and Change/Release
- Securing stable operation as well as effective communication on all levels - for customers and colleagues
- Managing Projects of various sizes
- Responsible for operation and stability
- Managing stakeholders between TSP and key customers
- Cooperating closely with the Head of Delivery
- Provide customers a single point of contact for customer management and ensure service delivery and SLA compliance
- Work with customers and technicians to discuss concerns and drive corrective actions to closure
- Manage sub-contractors deliverables and adherence to agreed scope and outcomes
We want you in our team if you:
- Are ambitious with a desire to grow within a large IT organization
- Have a broad generalist knowledge of IT and operations disciplines
- Are business-minded and motivated by cross-collaboration to get things done
- Have a background within IT or Management with at least three years’ experience of managing large and complex IT deliveries
- Understand the business needs of both customers and technicians and you have practical experience with IT management
- Can take charge of controlling a process both internally and externally
- Have strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Can build strong relations regarding deliveries – no matter position or role
- Are a committed person with a huge drive to make a difference
- Are fluent in English
- Ability to travel to Denmark once a month
