Job Description:

• Managing, planning shifts for a 24/7 standby, and live events servicing for the technical team
• Developing, implementing, and overseeing procedures for the technical team
• Creating and supervising updates to technical documentation
• Monthly incidents reporting
• Analyzing incidents to identify system issues or patterns
• Troubleshooting technical problems with hardware and software vendors
• Team development
• Providing technical support to team members
• Supporting financial department to fulfill internal procedures and maintain documentation

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level, spoken and written)
• Experience in technical operations and team management
• Analytical thinking
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressur
• Multitasking abilities and strong organizational skills
