We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Consultant to join our client in Brussels.
TASK DESCRIPTION
- Organize, implement, and maintain Information Systems (IS) support
- Provide guidance on the use of information systems
- Manage and track user requests
- Handle incidents related to information systems
- Deliver first- and second-level support for reported incidents, ensuring detailed descriptions are provided to development teams when escalation is needed
- Participate in user, service, and project meetings
- Coordinate with support and development teams
- Monitor and ensure service quality
- Develop and organize user documentation for information systems
- Design and manage IS and ICT training programs
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Strong expertise in end-user assistance and support for information systems (first-level support)
- Proficiency in using incident tracking tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Excellent skills in troubleshooting user incidents (second-level support)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
