We’re looking for a skilled Test Automation Engineer to join our remote team in Poland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test engineering, a "can-do" attitude, and a keen eye for detail. You’ll work with modern tools and frameworks to drive quality through automation across APIs and backend systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Cucumber, and the Serenity BDD Framework.
- Perform end-to-end API testing, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and implement best practices.
- Identify, analyse, and document defects while working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Continuously enhance test automation frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage by writing and executing test cases aligned with business requirements.
- Proven experience in test automation with Java and Cucumber.
- Hands-on expertise with the Serenity BDD Framework and API automation.
- Strong understanding of BDD and agile testing methodologies.
- Background in Test Engineering with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, "can-do" mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with global teams.
