Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Join One of the Largest Financial Institutions in Poland – Senior SRE Wanted!

We're seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support critical enterprise systems as part of our client global tech team.

This is a B2B contract (min. 12 months) based

in Warsaw (hybrid – 2 days/week onsite), offering the opportunity to work on high-impact systems with 24/7 coverage and on-call rotation.

Your Role: As a Senior SRE, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of production systems across all PPT products. You’ll collaborate with development teams, provide architectural guidance, and drive operational excellence.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong troubleshooting/debugging and VM support expertise
• Solid experience with Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, Kafka, Cassandra
• Proficient in Python and/or Bash scripting
• Agile team experience: involvement in analysis, design, coding, testing
• Ability to guide development teams on resilient, performant, cost-effective architecture
• Comfortable managing and visualizing logs/metrics (Splunk, Grafana)
• Experienced in Unix/Linux/Ubuntu/Windows environments
• Familiar with Oracle, MySQL
• Understanding of Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, IBM MQ, REST/SOAP services
• Skilled in production support, incident response, problem management
• Bonus: exposure to Mobile SDKs
