Senior Full Stack Devloper

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join the team of one of our key clients – a global leader in the automotive industry. In this role, you’ll work on next-generation software solutions that drive innovation in the connected car ecosystem. The role is based in Warsaw, with 2 days per week onsite at the client’s location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Java 8+, Spring Boot 3+, and Microservices Architecture
• Build interactive and high-performance front-end applications using Angular 2+, React JS, Node.js
• Design and implement robust RESTful APIs and support event-driven systems with Kafka
• Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval
• Containerize applications using Docker, and support orchestration with Kubernetes
• Apply software engineering best practices including CI/CD, design patterns, and testing
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional client teams including architects, DevOps, and QA
• Ensure adherence to performance, security, and coding standards in all deliverables

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development
• Strong backend expertise with Java 8+, Spring Boot 3+, Kafka, REST APIs
• Proven experience in Microservices Architecture
• Hands-on knowledge of Docker (intermediate) and Kubernetes (basic but mandatory)
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Strong understanding of Java design patterns and backend problem-solving
• Front-end development experience with Angular 2+, React JS, Node.js
• Solid skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery
• Expertise in event-driven development using Kafka

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or ITIL-based incident/change management
