Architectural Design: Develop scalable, secure, and robust infrastructure solutions across cloud and on-premises environments (e.g., AWS, Microsoft AD, DNS, DHCP).

Strategy & Roadmap: Define architecture strategies to meet business needs, performance requirements, and scalability goals.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams on infrastructure design, automation, patch management, and system upgrades.

Security & Compliance: Ensure system architecture adheres to security standards, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans.

Performance Optimization: Oversee system monitoring, troubleshooting, and problem resolution to maintain optimal system health.

Collaboration: Engage with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to align IT infrastructure strategies with organizational goals.

Innovation: Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in systems/network architecture for enterprise environments.
- Deep knowledge of operating systems and platforms (Windows, Linux).
- Expertise in hybrid infrastructure services, including cloud (AWS) and on-premises environments.
- Strong proficiency in automation, scripting (e.g., shell scripts, Python), and patch management tools (WSUS, SCCM).
- Solid understanding of infrastructure storage (SAN), virtualization tools (VMware), and IT monitoring/SIEM tools (Nagios, Cacti, Splunk).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in IT security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO, PCI DSS).
- English language proficiency.
- Experience in designing and managing hybrid cloud environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices for incident and change management.
- Advanced understanding of network protocols and device management.
- ITIL, cloud, or security certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, ITIL).
