CRM Developer

We are looking for a skilled MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, test, and support high-quality solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. You will play a key role in integrating Dynamics with other systems, customizing CRM functionalities, and ensuring scalable, maintainable architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy technical solutions on the MS Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
• Build custom solutions and integrations using web services, Power Automate, JavaScript, and plugins.
• Develop and manage real-time and batch integrations with external applications.
• Ensure code reusability, eliminate redundancy, and follow best development practices.
• Support multiple ongoing projects with varying priorities and deadlines.
• Handle both project implementation and support/maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various time zones.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and advancements in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Power Pages.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales process focus).
• Strong skills in plugin development, JavaScript, and Power Automate flows.
• Experience with integration techniques (web services, APIs, real-time/batch).
• Understanding of solution architecture and development lifecycle best practices.
• Ability to work independently in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to support operations during non-standard hours if needed.
• Familiarity with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages) is a strong plus
