Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and ensure consistent service delivery and expertise within the practice.
Develop, implement, and continuously refine frameworks and approaches for business transformation proposals, including presentations, RFI/RFP content, methodologies, toolkits, and deliverables.
Oversee the design of secure cloud, storage, networking, and security architectures on AWS, leading projects related to cloud adoption, migration, readiness, maturity, and landing zone deployment.
Produce high-level designs (HLDs) based on solution designs and non-functional requirements, adhering to standards and defending design choices in architecture assurance forums (e.g., TDA).
Core Skills and Experience:
AWS Certified Solution Architect.
Expertise in architecture design (HLD, SAD).
Proficient in AWS cloud landing zone, cloud-native technologies (Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture), and managed directory services (Managed AD).
Experience with security solutions (WAF, API Gateway, Nginx), Identity & Access Management (IAM, WSO2), and key management (KMS, Entrust).
Familiar with Agile methodologies (SCRUM) and tools like Sparx EA (UML).
Desirable Skills and Experience:
Certifications in CISSP, CISM, or SABSA.
AWS Certified Security Specialty.
Proficient in drafting technical documents, preparing presentations, researching IT architecture topics, and guiding development teams.
Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to abstract complex issues, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively with non-technical senior stakeholders.
