Citrix Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Citrix Administrator to support, maintain, and optimize Citrix environments for a dynamic enterprise client based in Brussels. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days onsite presence per week

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop infrastructures.
• Manage provisioning through Citrix MCS and PVS.
• Configure and maintain Citrix NetScaler, StoreFront, user profiles, and Group Policies.
• Perform system upgrades, apply security patches, and manage vulnerability remediation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (PC Engineering, Security, Network) for issue resolution and improvements.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot access issues, and ensure high availability of Citrix platforms.
• Maintain documentation of environments, procedures, and best practices.
• Participate in change management and follow ITIL processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop administration.
• Strong knowledge of Citrix MCS and PVS provisioning.
• Hands-on experience with Citrix NetScaler, StoreFront, and profile management.
• Experience with Citrix upgrades and patch management.
• Familiarity with Windows Server and VMware environments.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management).

Nice to Have

• Citrix certifications (e.g., CCA-V, CCP-V)
• Knowledge of security compliance standards.
• Experience in EU/regional environments.
• Fluency in French or Dutch is a plus.
