Appian Developer

🧠 About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Appian Developer with at least 4 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll design and implement robust BPM solutions using the Appian platform, contribute to workflow automation, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive enterprise-grade software solutions.

🚀 Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using the Appian BPM platform

• Build Process Models, SAIL interfaces, Expression Rules, Smart Services, Web Services, and APIs

• Work with Complex Data Types (CDTs) and integrate with SQL databases

• Design user interfaces and workflows, ensuring intuitive functionality and performance

• Handle on-premise Appian environments, including version upgrades and configuration

• Integrate third-party systems through REST/SOAP and external data sources

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging

• Continuously evaluate new features within Appian and suggest improvements for application efficiency

✅ Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of Appian development experience

• Strong command of Appian features: SAIL, Process Models, CDTs, Expression Rules

• Experience with SQL and relational database integrations

• Hands-on experience managing Appian on-prem instances and version upgrades

• Solid understanding of software development best practices

• Excellent problem-solving and logical thinking

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

🛠️ Mandatory Skills

• Appian (core modules: Process Models, SAIL, CDTs, Integrations)

⭐ Nice-to-Have Skills

• REST/SOAP API integration

• Experience working on enterprise-level BPM projects

• Familiarity with Agile environments and code versioning tools (e.g., Git)
