Test Manager

Salary: 500 - 800 pln/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia - at least 2 days per week from the office + business trips to Norway - from time to time

Project

You will join a project that is part of the largest stock exchange group in Europe. The platform harmonizes the processing of events related to corporate actions and ensures compliance with various standards.

Expected competences and knowledge

• Previous experience in testing / business analysis / project management
• Experience in task planning and priority management
• Understanding of the testing process 
• Excellent communication and analytical skills 
• Teamwork and ability to coordinate work between teams
• Familiarity with test management tools (Jira and Confluence preferred)
• Fluency in English (both writing and speaking - at least B2 level)
• Open mindset and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Agile methodology
• Financial knowledge or an interest in the stock market is highly appreciated

 

 

Responsibilities you'll have

• Planning and managing team tasks
• Prioritizing reported bugs and tasks
• Creating schedules and test plans
• Coordinating work among four sub-teams
• Reporting work progress and creating reports on reported bugs
• Developing and implementing test strategies
• Onboarding new team members
• Supporting the gathering and analysis of requirements
• Establishing guidelines for collaboration and communication among sub-teams within the project and assisting in adapting to new guidelines
• Conducting Scrum meetings
• Collaborating with Test Managers from other client's branches and with the Global Test Manager
