Remote: elastic hybrid - Gdynia / Warszawa / Rzeszów / Kraków (1-2 days/week from the office)

Project
Join a team working on complex internal systems to support daily operations in a financial, stock market related environment. Client operates regulated exchanges in Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, and Portugal.
Expected competences and knowledge
- +5 years of previous experience as QA Engineer
- Experience managing QA and testing teams on a multinational and multicultural environment
- Strong knowledge of theory testing confirmed by certification
- Experience with the Agile project management methodology
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Flexibility and ability to work in environments with changing priorities
- Ability to interface with different project teams from the IT side to the business side
Responsibilities you'll have
- Manage QA teams and strategy for critical projects
- Analyze specific team testing requirements, execute and automate report on expected test cases to meet the quality department’s objectives
- Create and execute component-level test plans and test cases
- Actively contribute to implementation of all core trading applications
- Identify gaps and in consistences based on product requirements and specifications
- Coordinate with other quality assurance units to meet company quality standards
- Coach and lead the Team towards the defined strategy for QA and testing, from tools to methodologies
