Test Coordinator

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia (at least 2-3 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on coordinating security testing activities within a regulated banking environment. Your role will include managing internal and external penetration tests, facilitating key meetings, and ensuring proper documentation of test results, risk acceptances, and security deviations.

You will act as a point of contact for external security suppliers and collaborate closely with Application Teams and international stakeholders.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Coordinate internal and external penetration testing activities, ensuring proper planning, execution, and follow-up

• Facilitate proposal discussions, kick-off meetings, and presentation of final test reports to stakeholders

• Maintain and manage documentation related to test reports, risk acceptances, dispensations, and other security deviations

• Support Application Teams, Suppliers, and internal/external stakeholders in matters related to security testing and remediation

• Act as the primary point of contact for external security testing suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration

Expected competences and knowledge

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in an international environment

• Proven ability to set up, facilitate, and lead meetings effectively

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Ability to perform efficiently under periods of increased workload

• Capability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team

• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and persistence in delivering quality work

• Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Genuine interest in Cyber Security and willingness to continuously develop knowledge in this field
