Technical Project Manager

Salary: 700-900 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on managing complex IAM onboardings. The role requires a holistic view of the onboarding process, close alignment between Operational PM and Lead PM, and cooperation with stakeholders mainly located in the Nordics. The goal is to ensure that operational issues are handled in accordance with strategic IAM objectives and IAM Management guidelines.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Manage onboardings from a holistic perspective and ensure progress across all streams
• Keep track of outstanding onboardings and resolve technical issues in challenging cases
• Drive solutions forward and push for the completion of ongoing work
• Support the organization in reporting and KPI tracking
• Cooperate closely with stakeholders to align operational activities with strategic IAM objectives

Expected competences and knowledge

• Strong technical mindset and analytical approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and building strong business relationships
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear project deliverables
• Deep and broad technical knowledge of access control systems on mainframe, HP Nonstop, and database platforms

Nice to have

• Experience and knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and onboardings to IAM controls
• Familiarity with IdentityIQ
• Previous PM experience in IAM projects
