Salary: 1000 -1100 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

---

You will be involved in a financial project focused on building and evolving a modern, Core Banking Platform for one of the leading financial institutions in Europe. As a member of a highly skilled team of architects and experts, you will define, manage, and drive the platform architecture and infrastructure that powers the heart of core banking services.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Define and manage the platform and infrastructure architecture for the Core Banking Program
• Proactively collaborate with stakeholders on the platform strategy and value delivery
• Guide and govern infrastructure platform standards, principles, and best practices
• Document information systems and platform enablers (SDD, TRRD)
• Drive and contribute to architecture roadmaps and the PI planning process
• Lead or co-lead infrastructure and IT systems design initiatives
• Define and track non-functional requirements (NFRs) throughout the delivery cycle
• Coach teams on NFRs, monitoring, SRE, and root cause identification
• Participate in architectural reviews and governance processes

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Strong experience in IT infrastructure and technical architecture
• Core Banking transformation experience (preferably Temenos T24/Transact)
• Proven stakeholder management and influence capabilities
• Familiarity with Agile, SAFe methodology and CI/CD processes
• Conceptual thinking and the ability to simplify complexity
• Experience in defining and managing Non-Functional Requirements
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional, international teams
