Solution Architect

Salary: 1100-1250 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

We are looking for a Solution Architect to join the Cards Simplification program, responsible for designing solutions in line with the architectural guidelines of a leading Nordic banking group. In this role, you will shape the vision, target, and transitional architecture, ensuring that solutions meet business needs while taking existing constraints into account. You will also identify dependencies and risks, recommending corrective measures where needed.

Expected competences and knowledge

• Experience working as an architect on large projects within international organizations
• Ability to analyze and design flows and integrations
• Experience in analyzing the current state and existing solutions, and designing improvements
• Strong skills in analyzing and managing dependencies
• Solid integration knowledge
• Good understanding of microservices and micro-applications
• General knowledge of Java, sufficient to communicate effectively with development teams
• Practical experience with REST APIs and Kafka
• General knowledge of IBM Mainframe and legacy systems
• Experience working with agile methodologies (SAFe)
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with suppliers and development teams
• A holistic mindset combined with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong leadership qualities with a delivery-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
