Job description
Salary: 1000–1400 PLN net / day (B2B)
Type of work: 100% remotely or hybrid in Gdynia/Warszawa/Kraków/Rzeszów

Project
You’ll join a team supporting a platform that delivers data analytics and market forecasting for the global energy sector. The core responsibility will be to maintain, optimize, and scale an ElasticSearch cluster hosted in Elastic Cloud. This includes tasks like query profiling, performance tuning, cluster health monitoring, and ensuring the system remains performant under heavy load.
Expected competences and knowledge
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience with ElasticSearch / Elastic Cloud
- Proven ability in query profiling and performance optimization
- Solid understanding of cluster architecture, sharding, replication, and scaling strategies
- Experience resolving production performance issues
- Independent mindset, with clear communication in an international remote team
