Join a team developing cutting-edge Order Management applications for a new Nordic solution. We are looking for a Senior Software Developer with expertise in trading systems and financial markets, combining the skills of an IT Analyst and a Developer.

 

What you'll be doing

• Writing clean, well-structured code in collaboration with other developers
• Translating and breaking down requirements into actionable tasks
• Supporting improvements in our technical foundation and release processes
• Working on strategic projects and engaging with stakeholders across business and technology domains

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Strong expertise in trading systems and financial markets
• Experience with Java or scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Powershell
• Proficiency in Linux systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Understanding of products, processes, and IT systems in capital markets organizations
• Proactive, can-do mindset
• Analytical thinking with the ability to break complex problems into actionable tasks
• Fluent in English

 

Nice to have

• Experience with financial information message exchange protocols, such as FIX and SWIFT
