Senior Product Owner (ESG)

Salary: 800 - 1100 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Warsaw (at least 1 day per week in the office, preferably 2 days per week)

Project

---

Governing ESG CSRD solution development by acting as Product Owner from Group Finance end towards the development of the CSRD reporting solutions. Acting as the bridge between business and IT stakeholders, and overseeing both understand evaluating the impact of decisions. Establishing, updating and overseeing milestone plan execution and formulating functional requirements based on business requirements.

 

Responsibilities you'll have

• Drive ESG/CSRD reporting solution development from a business (Finance) perspective
• Act as a bridge between business and IT stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional requirements
• Manage and oversee delivery milestones
• Work in an Agile/SAFe environment using Jira

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Jira and SAFe Agile methodologies used
• Proficient in Office tools
• Proficient in Agile development methodologies
• Minimum general level financial reporting understanding

 

Nice to have knowledge

• Benefit from Snowflake and Snowflake SQL knowledge
• Benefit from Banking business understanding
• Benefit from ESG regulatory framework understanding
