Project

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Project Manager to lead the transition from our current HNAS solution to a new file share technology. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong leadership and strategic thinking to ensure the successful execution of this critical project. As a part of the team, you'll play a crucial role in transforming IT infrastructure while leading a collaborative project with significant impact.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Leading IT infrastructure projects
• Conducting supplier assessment and selection/contracting and leading the cooperation with third parties
• Leading the project team to ensure successful completion
• Managing stakeholders including preparing and facilitating project meetings and steering vendors
• Tracking project deliverables using appropriate tools and handling project changes appropriately
• Tracking and managing project budget

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• 10+ experience in IT Project Management
• Proven ability to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets 
• Technical background with good understanding of IT infrastructure (preferably incl. backup, storage / NAS solutions)
• Excellent stakeholder and communication management skills
• Project Management certifications i.e.. PMP, Prince2 or equivalent
  
• Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
  
• Experience in MS Office, Jira, Confluence
  
• Experience with project management frameworks like Agile or Waterfall, depending on the organizations needs and the project scope
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of IT security best practices to ensure that the new solution complies with all relevant data protection and cybersecurity standards
