Job description

Salary: 100 - 120 PLN net/h + VAT on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdańsk or Warszawa (2 days per week from the office)

Project


We are seeking a proactive Senior IT Operations Specialist to join our team delivering IT operational services to our client within a High Risk environment. The primary focus will be managing and optimizing IT operational workflows, with an emphasis on technical skills and the initiative to set up CI/CD tooling to minimize manual work.

 

Responsibilities you'll have

  • Analyze and resolve incidents and problems related to applications, ensuring compliance with Service Levels 
  • Collaborate actively with product teams across the bank to maintain compliance and operational efficiency
  • Troubleshooting the issues in preproduction and production environments
  • Manage release deployments, perform verification, follow-ups, and incident investigations
  • Contribute to and maintain comprehensive documentation in the shared knowledge base to ensure accurate information sharing
  • Perform analysis and recommend continuous improvement initiatives, especially related to CI/CD processes
  • Provide technical expertise on issues and offer guidance or knowledge transfer to team members to solve technical problems in your area

 

 

Expected competences and knowledge

  • Strong technical background with experience in IT operations and application support
  • Experience in Pega application support
  • Proven ability to manage incidents and problems according to strict service level agreements
  • Hands-on experience or willingness to proactively develop CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with multiple teams
  • Experience in documenting processes and maintaining knowledge bases
  • English - min. B2
  • Ability to analyze operational workflows and recommend improvements
  • Nice to have:
    • Pega certified CSA
    • Experience with deployment of application changes via Pega Deployment Manager
    • Experience with monitoring of multiple Pega applications
