The project focuses on ensuring the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of production execution processes within a banking IT environment. The role involves issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and driving operational excellence through change and problem management.

 

The role requires a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in leading IT operations teams, ensuring efficient management of production environments, incident handling, and stakeholder coordination.
