Senior IT Data Analyst

Salary: 800-1000 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / (at least 2 day per week from the office)

Project

---

Join a project for a client from the banking sector, focused on reducing non-financial risk in the area of Business Continuity and Crisis Management (BCCM). The initiative is responsible for mapping application and infrastructure dependencies across all business-critical applications.

Dependency information is gathered from application subject matter experts and cross-referenced against existing data stored in the Mega Hopex application data repository.

 

Responsibilities you'll have

• Analyzing data in the context of Oracle-based applications
• Mapping application and infrastructure dependencies
• Validating information with data from the Mega Hopex repository
• Monitoring system and service performance
• Troubleshooting data-related issues
• Designing solution architecture and preparing visual diagrams (e.g. in Obsidian Canvas, ClickUp, Monday.com)
• Maintaining and optimizing processes using tools like PowerAutomate and PowerApps
• Managing services lifecycle (creating, starting, stopping services)
• Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders — gathering requirements, managing communication and expectations

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT Data Analyst or similar role
• Strong understanding of Oracle database systems
• Familiarity with Business Continuity concepts and system dependency mapping
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
• Experience working with application data repositories and enterprise architecture
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
