Senior IT Data Analyst

Salary: 800 - 1070 PLN/MD - B2B

Remote: Hybrid from Gdansk (at least 1 day in a week from the office)

You will be responsible for

• Act as a bridge between business needs and developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions
• Being part of building or rebuilding Data Platform
• Working with data uplift program - gathering and defining requirements
• Helping to design advanced solutions around data and analytics
• Working closely together with stakeholders to understand the expected outcome and elicit business features
• Managing delivery dependencies towards other teams and organization
• Working in an Agile environment as an integral part of the cross-functional agile delivery team

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of Hive
• Experience working with complex requirements
• Experience in data analysis, data hygiene, data quality, etc
• Have a strong solution-oriented and analytical mindset
• Thrive when working with complex end-to-end solutions and processes
• Have ability to grasp new technologies quickly (on high level) and able to ask right questions
• Are fluent communicator and have experience on working with business users
• Good communication skills
• Ownership and independence on the Tasks , Features , User stories
• Familiarity with basic concepts in machine learning, CI/CD pipeline, big data
• Fluent an English
