Project

As a Senior IT Application Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for deploying and supporting critical applications (NBI/NIPS/NIS) in PREPROD and PROD environments. Your primary focus will be ensuring these applications operate smoothly, addressing issues promptly, and maintaining system reliability in high-availability setups.

What you'll be doing 

• Deploying applications (NBI/NIPS/NIS) to PREPROD and PROD environments
• Monitoring and supporting the performance and stability of these applications
• Investigating and resolving application issues, including reviewing logs in the file system and MSSQL
• Collaborating with development teams to optimize ASP.NET applications
• Maintaining and troubleshooting Windows Server OS environments
• Using tools like Bamboo for CI/CD tasks
• Utilizing C# for application-related configurations and enhancements where needed

Expected competences and knowledge

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS, with the ability to manage and troubleshoot systems effectively
• Experience in reading and analyzing logs within the file system and MSSQL
• Familiarity with applications built in ASP.Net and a basic understanding of C#
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Bamboo (good to have)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
