Remote: Hybrid from Warsaw or Gdansk (at least 1 day in a week from the office)

Project

Project KYC helps prevent financial crime by ensuring that we know who we are doing business with, where their money comes from, and understand the purpose of the transactions. The solutions built by the initiative and which we implement in our team are strictly related to customer due diligence, onboarding service for new customers, screening, and risk scoring. As an IT Analyst, you will focus on delivering high quality solutions in an agile way for world class functionality, scalability, maintainability and performance.

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Experience in IT Analysis and Requirement Management
• Experience in Process Modelling
• User Interface - prototyping and design
• Have great analytical skills and business understanding
• Have excellent communication skills
• A strong believer in Agile methodologies, continuous improvement and Lean practices

 

An advantage would be

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sector
• Experience in Modelling, Data Mapping and Data Migration
• Practical knowledge of REST/SOAP API
• Practical knowledge of Kafka
• Practical knowledge of PEGA CLM and KYC
• Experience with KYC related initiatives and financial anti-crime area
• JIRA, Confluence, Splunk, App Dynamics, UML, BPMN, SQL experience

 

You will be responsible for

• Take lead and drive requirement and analysis work that involve multiple stakeholders, to design sustainable and value adding KYC and FCP solutions
• Perform data analysis and data modelling to support solution design
• Elicit requirements (functional and non-functional) supported by established frameworks and tools
• Secure requirements traceability during end-to-end development
• Being responsible for requirements documentation and provide know-how throughout the entire software delivery value stream
• Build contextual understanding of business processes on one hand and functional/technical know-how of our solutions on the other. This to be able to bridge between business stakeholders and our developers, and to support in building and prioritizing the product backlog
